 Sometimes our patients will miss an appointment. Whether it's an appointment for a routine cleaning, a major procedure, or just a minor checkup, it happens. If you find that you have missed an appointment, one thing we do not want you to do is feel ashamed. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you just forget! Missing an AppointmentOf course, we would rather that you never miss a dental appointment. Getting a regular cleaning is a vital part of keeping your teeth healthy and strong. And, if there is something wrong with your teeth and we have scheduled a time for a corrective procedure, then it's even more important that we see you. Your teeth won't get better on their own!Having said all of that, we understand that sometimes things just happen. Maybe you were having a very busy day, and the appointment just slipped your mind. Maybe you knew about the appointment, but something came up at the last minute. Whatever the reason, don't feel bad! Just call us as soon as you can and ask to reschedule your appointment. We're not going to berate you or make you feel bad. It happens to everyone! We Want to See You! Remember, your dental health is our primary concern. So, even if it has been awhile, we want to see you! Even if you forgot an appointment, we are still happy to take a look at your teeth and let you know if anything else needs to be done. Our patients are our highest priority. In fact, you are the reason that we are here! So, no matter what, we want to see you come through our door.
